My husband was called numerous times regarding a subscription to Playboy, telling him that he needed to renew it. He had a subscription in the 80s, and hasn't had a subscription for years. The person on the phone said that we would be charged and would then hang up.

This went on for months. Then on January 25, 2013, another person called. After my husband told her what had happended, she proceeded to apologize for the previous callers' bad manners. She went on to sell my husband a subscription to Golf Digest. He have yet to receive a magazine. He were told to wait 6-8 weeks. I have tried calling both the 888.312.3762 and 877.351.0728 numbers, left messages, left emails and no one has called me back. I have disputed the charges through our bank account as well.
