I bough Dre Beats head phones from Jack for a Christmas present for my son. The website lead me to believe it was a distributor. It wasn't till I chased up the delivery as they were slow coming. I received an e mail from jack. The right ear phone has now stopped working. I have e mailed jack about this 4 times and he refuses to respond.
