I was called by James Williamson (name given) from Windows Service Center. He indicated my computer was being hacked and showed all the warnings and errors and said they could fix all that. My mistake was allowing him remote control of my computer. When it came down to the final sell of a year's contract on up to a contract of several years, we said we didnot want to do that. Then he said since our warranty was expired, we were no longer authorized to use Windows and we were shut out of our computer. So we paid for one year's service contract. When I called our credit card company, we were told the charge was made to a company in Korea. The website shows the company as based in Australia.
