On Oct 08, 2012 I placed an order(#100000129) at http://purelingerie.com.au/ in the total amount of 195 AUD and since of no shipment notification (i sent several e-mails reg.shipment status and track No but no reply), I had to cancel my order on Oct 22, 2012. Since then I sent abt 20 reminders to [email protected] and got 20 different replies from Ms.Martina K, i.e. "refund is under process"...but as of today i still haven't received my money back.
