Surprise surprise I also got scammed by this so called 'free trail'!

I have spoke to someone on the phone and was basically told that because i didn't return the product within 14 days i wasn't entitled to any refund.even although i never received the product in the first place. They gave me the royal mail tracking number and told me to take it up with Royal mail. I'm still waiting on Royal mail coming back to me.

I am extremely annoyed that i have been scammed out of £89.91 and never even received the trial in the 1st place.

I have spoke to my bank who says because i willingly provided my card details they cannot cancel the payment taken. They can only monitor any further payments this company try's to take.So i am well and truly out of pocket.
I have emailed the company asking them to make sure that any future subscription is cancelled. I am still waiting on confirmation of this. I wont hold my breath.

I am so mad with myself for falling for this.
How can they get away with this? There must be something we can do to get our money back.

Can anyone help us?????
