Paid $273 for complete move-out clean, including appliances and windows.Cleaners did not call to confirm night before as promised and ended up coming 2.5 hours later than promised. Told husband he needed to sign a work order in order for them to begin. He complied and asked that they call when they were finished so he could return and lock up, as we were already in the new house. They never called, returned 5 hours later to find the place had barely been cleaned at all. Had to return on Saturday and I cleaned for 8.5 hours in order to have the place ready to surrender to the landlord on the Sunday as planned. We had emailed Cleanify immediately on Friday and again on Saturday. We took pictures and videos and asked for a supervisor to call us when business hours resumed on Monday. Like other posters, we paid in advance, the month prior. On Tuesday night after still no call, we tried again, with the sentence that we were exploring other alternatives to get our refund and we would hold off until the end of the business day today (June 19th) to give a supervisor time to contact us. Well, she called and said since my husband signed off on the clean, he voided the guarantee and they are not obligated to do anything. He explained the cleaners would not start until he signed it because they said it was a work order. She said it didn't matter, it is a form saying all the work has been done and he was happy with it. She was not interested in seeing any of the pictures, videos we had taken, nor was she concerned about the poor quality of the clean. She made it quite clear it didn't matter that the place was not cleaned, she was not refunding the money no matter what. She didn't offer any alternatives, an apology, nothing. Interesting how all sales are final-regardless of whether the work gets done or not. We have filed a BBB complaint, have emailed our local Global Troubleshooter and have started an official credit card dispute with our credit card company as they clearly did not honour their end of the deal.

  • The videos we took are posted here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wV-PQlExzps (kitchen), http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fMfmQjJ8sSY (vacuum example) and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQZJKF2Qvc8 (some upstairs shots). The kitchen is the best as it clearly shows nothing was done.
