I purchased a GPS Puck for my boat from shop electronics..... When the item did not come by the estimated shipping date I emailed Paula Miller.... I was told the item was resent and sorry for any inconvenience.... Well it's been almost a month and I still have not received anything I am pretty sure this is a scam and I've been had.... No one will respond to my emails now beware

- I likewise purchased a Johnson Washdown pump on May 27. When the item did not arrive by June 7, per email from the company, I contacted them-received a message that the issue was investigated and the item re-shipped, to arrive by 6/19. I have still not received my order and the company has not responded to emails. There is no way to submit a complaint to Amazon as they are receiving payment in the form of "game credits" and followup with MasterCard/Visa shows received game credits, so there is no action to take there. Do not purchase from this scam, you will have no recourse! This vendor is a FRAUD!

Let us all file a complaint with the US Govt to investigate this matter and get the seller busted. -

- Indicate who you are able to make a complaint with and I will also followup. Have just filed fraud complaint with Visa through our bank, though they indicated action was unlikely, to create a paper trail.

- Have filed complaint with Internet Complaint Center. As a side note, it appears that the vendor's site is now offline.
