Charged 72.95 twice for a People's Magazine renewal on my credit card, and are now demanding $656.55 in full. Mailed a letter, and left a phone number. And the phone number has a recording to call back later 1.888.724.8153. And called Poeple Magazine and my renewal isn't due til June of 2014. And they made to withdrawls from my account. Is this company a fraud?

  • Also this collection letter was an automatic letter that is sent out when payments that are set up on credit cards are declined, It was not done out of spite, it is a system set up to ensure billing is kept current, the letter was only to state her balance in full and to have her call to update payment information so that we can continue to receive any balances that are due either in full or the agreed upon payment.
