International boundaries
ordered a download online last night and they sent me a weird link to a storage cloud which gave me a message that said that the download was protected by copyright and owned by someone else.
I emailed support and the "livechat" page. two of the links were wrong. the livechat page was a domain name available to buy, one of the emails I sent from their link was returned as unknown (the link was misspelled). I did successfully send an email to the support and request a refund. This morning my bank said that nothing was processed on my card last night or even preauthorized, however I have to go in and close my card as they have my information.
