I called a telehone number referred by AOL. They not only did not solve my problem, but they made it much worse. Then when I complained, they offered me a new laptop for a $35.00 green dot card. I was skeptical, but I bought the card (cost 4.95). After they asked for the card number, then asked for an additional $110 card, I gave up. I have had a local tech who came and fixed my computer. They told me they would give me a credit to my Discover. I have since called both Discover and green dot and complained.
