Mr. Dawson posted an ad on craigslist advertising a Condo in Panama City, he requested me the payment of $250 to secure the reservation (7/4-7/7 2013). First he asked me to send payment directly via western union to the property's owner Mr. Fred Torres in Ontario California, then he asked me to change the money transfer to a different person (Debra Deweese in San Antonio, TX) because according to his statement the owner was in the hospital. Then Yesterday June 21st, he send me a text message to let me know I needed to make the payment in full for the condo rental ($250 more) and send it via western union on another person's name because Mr. Torres was in the hospital and Ms. Deweese (Torres's daughter according to Mr. Dawson) was with him. The name and address he gave in was:

According to Mr. Dawson Ms. Diaz was the Doctor taking care of Mr. Torres.
By this time I confronted him because I knew it was a scam. I didn't send him the rest of the money but I lost my first $250 + the western union transfer $24 = $274.00

He answer my email and told me I was going to receive a refund by next Friday (6/28) I told him I needed my refund now but he hasn't reply.
