I ordered Equinox & RVTL face cream for $4.95 each for trial offer, but on one of the orders the $9.95 was already checked off for expediting shipping. On my order it said orders rec'd on Friday will be processed on Monday, well Monday was Memorial day so...I assume my order was not processed until Tues. Both products came the same day on June 3, that's not expediting shipping! Anyway, after using product I was getting rash and pimples! I called to cancel order on June 12, 2013 to make sure I will not get anymore orders. Knowing that I canceled 14 days after receiving products or 30 days so I will not get charged, I spoke to Ryan Cooper he assured me that my credit card will not get charged. On 6/20/13 my credit card statement shows two charges from DERMASKIN CLEANSER 866-977-4592 GBR $99.00 and OXIFRESH CLEANSER 877-599-2655 GBR $93.00. I called the 877-880-7726 number and spoke with Michelle Cross who was rude and unprofessional. I wanted to know why I got charged and she said I was supposed to called 14 days from placing order and it's too late. I told her I have an allergic reaction and she would not let me talk and talk over me. I asked to speak to a supervisor she said he was not there (funny) and to call back. His name is Austin Patricks. I called again spoke to Sean Parker and he was even more RUDE, he hung up on me twice and said he was a manager. I asked to speak to Austin and he again said he was not there. I asked where I was calling because the connection was bad and I couldn't understand him he got insulted. He again would not refund my credit card and I said I have an allergic reaction he said too bad I should have called before 14 days. I tried to call one more time later in the day and spoke to the original guy that I canceled order with on 6/12/13 Ryan Cooper, he was nice, but then told me to hold on and then Sean Patrick got on the phone again and said some nonsense and hung up again! This is definitely a SCAM...too many phone numbers, different companies that are being charged on my card.
