I asked to try the free trial offer, for which I paid £4.96. I then discovered that about two weeks later they had taken about £90.00 out of my account. I didn't realise they would do this. Perhaps I should have read ALL the small print? My bank are keeping a watch on my account to prevent this happening, which it probably will do. They will refund the money next time, but Ive lost that money for good. I may report them to Trading Standards. Another company called Juvesiio also do the same thing. It is NOT clear when you agree to the free trial, so they are scamming people. They must alter their method of selling!

- I am having problem with Juvesiio (suspect they may be part of same company?) I got suspicious the same day I received my sample as paperwork looked shoddy. Was then I reread the Terms and Conditions and realised about the 14 day cancellation period. I have telephoned them yesterday and today to cancel, both ladies I spoke two had American accents, so am wondering if call goes through to an American call centre. Well surprise surprise - they tell me their computer system is down and can I can back later. If I can't resolve this tomorrow morning I will be ringing my bank to cancel payment to them
