Complaint 253019 Details

I thought I was getting a free sample and paid £4.99 postage. 2 wks later nearly £100 was taken out of my account. I tried to phone and e mail luxecollagen.com but with no response. According to their website it was a 2 week free trial and if product was unreturned then they charged you the full price. This was never written on any of the details I was given. We are now 6 wks later and collagentalux have now taken £67.33 without my permission. I have tried again to get in touch but have again failed. I now have to shut down my bank account as according to lloyds tsb, just cancelling my debit card might not be enough. If I get a new card number they could still be linked to my bank account regardless. I now have to phone 17 other companies to change all my direct debits and standing orders.
