On Jan.6,2013 I purchased a "Travel Package" with PWT in Albuq., NM for the price of $4200.00. with option to "rescind" if not totally happy with package . submitted my letter of recission within the alloted time frame "certified mail-receipt". The company later offered me a package price of $1000.00 "total" with $3200.00 to be reimbursed to me, that was March6,2013. to this day I have not received any compensation. I have tried numerous times to contact the person supposedly in charge of my reimbursement (Dava Peters), but unfortunately never returns my phone calls. Her secretaries "Jenny and Kimberly" assure me they are giving her the messages. Lately I obtained Ms. Peters personal phone #, but still no return phone calls. On several occasions i would tell the persons answering the phone that I wanted to resolve this matter just between "myself and PWT" unfortunately that was not to be, so I turned to you, in hopes that this matter can be resolved.
