It all started with the ordering of the 24 day "free trial". This trial starts the day you order. The shipment does not arrive until AFTER the trial period. I sent an e-mail on day 12 (when I realized it was useless to wait) to cancel any further orders.
No reply. Then I rec'd an e-mail saying I was being being charged 79.99 for next order. I e-mailed again. Yesterday I rec'd another e-mail for another 79.99. So far I have only rec'd the 14 day trial pkg.
I called today and was told cancellations cannot be done via e-mail. NO-ONE ever wrote back and told me this.
This is just a BIG ripoff!
I wish there was more I could do.
