Ordered set of 4 LED GU10 light bulbs at $25, plus $5 for voucher on March 14th, 2013. Interacted with company twice using online chat and was told each time my order would be shipped shortly. Waited a bit longer but no change. Have tried calling on phone, but phone hangs you up after several minutes. Opened a support ticket a week ago, and no one at the company has touched or responded to the ticket. Customer service gets an F, for failure. I would not order anything from this company unless you want to lose your money.

You got off easy Jack, I ordered mine in March as well but I ordered 8 pack so I am still fighting for $200 plus $40 shipping.
