I responded to a small ad on my Yahoo Home Page which offered a "free" sample of Lift Serum Pro for £1.99 to cover p/p. There were no terms and conditions displayed.

I subsequently checked my bank statement and was dismayed to find that they had managed to claim the £1.99 plus £84.71! I immediately contacted my bank to cancel my card and request a new one.

I have now searched for the company's Terms and Conditions and find that I have been conned into signing up for future supplies of this product but they quote the price as $84.71 - dollars, NOT pounds.

Today I have contacted this company to make a complaint. They refuse to refund my money but assure me that no further products will be sent. Of course, they have been unable to access any more money as I have stopped my card and they tell me that my account is now closed. They have given me an address to forward my complaint, as follows:

Fulfilment Services, Unit 18, Zennor Trade Park, Zennor Road, Tooting Beck, London SW12 0PS
