This "company" has charged me the above monies. I have never heard of said company, and after trying to get in touch I have found the telephone number doesn't work and the website they have looks like it was designed by a GCSE student.
I haven't eaten in four days. As a Diabetic, my health is now at serious risk. I have just read the terms and conditions on their website and they say any money they take cannot be refunded? I haven't given them my details! I've never heard of them!
I have raised a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman, and tried raising a complaint with both the police and Trading Standards (who say they can't do anything).
Surely, this can't be legal? How have they got my card details? (Card has now been cancelled...) How have my bank allowed them to take this money after I requested they not let it leave as I didn't know who the company was and didn't recognise the company?
Furthermore, how can my bank not refund the money? This is blatent fraud, and not only that but the company is impossible to reach!
