I had purchased a computer here last April,2012 and before the warrenty was up I had an issue with the charging device. It went in for repairs and supposedly was fixed. Two months later the same issue occured so I brought it back in. They told me it was now out of warrenty and I needed to pay for another repair for the same thing they fixed. I had to buy another computer because they wanted over $200. to fix it. While in the store I needed a new audio video system. That same morning I purchased the audio/video system at P.C. Richards and was set up for install on friday. I decided to compare pricing and Best Buy beat the price and set up install for entire thing on that Monday. I cancelled the P.C. Richards sale. Best Buy gave me a better price and was able to install the entire purchase on Monday,sending me home with the surround sound system and the extender arm for the TV.Monday 1 woman installer showed up with the TV and said she was only able to install the TV. I called the store flipping out because I made it clear they were to intall the whole pkg purchased.Evidentally the sales person did not charge or instruct them for a complete installation. This was not my fault. I made it crystal clear what was to be done. I sopke to a manager at the union store and he agreed it was not my fault and they would do the complete install at no more charge to me.I am still waiting for them to send the installers and right now they have nobody until the 3rd of July,2013. The TV and surround sound I had has already been disconnected and sold because the new one was suppose to be installed on Monday the 24th. The woman installer that came on Monday left with the TV because she said it had to go back with her if it was not installed even though it was already paid for. I have the surrond sound system and the arm for the TV in my living room with no TV and no installation. I am angry for 2 reasons....1-the computer issue and now this audio/video issue.
