I ordered and paid for a set of four (4) DVDs - a series entitled "Preparing a Masterpiece - Robert Shaw" for US$24.95 a piece or a total of US$113.80 including shipping costs. The order is "Order # WDEC201200023-12001 for Rodolfo Cabado on DEC 01, 2012 Bill to: Rodolfo Cabado (Personal Information Removed)." I thought that the the delay in delivery was only due to the volume of mail during Christmas, but the product was never delivered to me up to now. For your ready reference, please allow me to reproduce below (copy and paste) the exchange of emails between myself and the seller:

"Hi Rodolfo,

I am sorry you have not received your order. Our records show it was shipped however I will check our shipping department see if there was a problem.

Is the shipping address correct?

You will please note that the seller has acknowledged the payment I have made for my purchase, but up to now I have not yet received the items I bought. They promised to look into the matter but I haven't heard from them since then.
