I did a google search on US Postal Service and this link was at the top of the page. I needed to change my address becuase I am moving and they scammed me for 19.95 -- twice because I had 2 addresses that I wanted forwarded to my new address. I called them and they said they would refund only 20.00 of the total. Their website is deceptive and any mention of fees is hidden away in the Legal Terms page. I design web sites for a living and nowhere did I see that I was going to be charged 19.95. Do not use this site -- period. These guys are scamming people right and left. The government should stop these guys. What a rip-off.
