I thought I was on the official USPS website to change my address. Checked my account expecting to be charged $1.00, but nope! These jerks charged me $19.95. Called to get my money back and only got a recording saying the office is closed, but on the website it says its open til 10pm eastern time??????!!! Anyway, once it clears I will be filing a claim w my bank to get my money back. What a rip off.
