They contacted me to fix my computer and get rid of my viruses. Well apparently it did not work because the Windows Technical Support Services contact me and fixed my computer. I spoke to a gentleman at WinSolve Support and requested a partial refund. He explained that the credit department would call me back. No one ever called me back. So I email them yesterday requesting a partial refund and I have not heard from them since. I would appreciate any help you can provide.
