I sent off for this free trial after it was offered after I completed a survey. I was just to pay the postage and packaging. The product arrived and the postage and packaging was taken from my account. Then a week later another $90 was taken from my account and then ten days later they have just take another $100. My bank are saying this isn't fraud!!! I have not authorised them to take anything and am struggling to get my money back as the bank are saying I should ring hte company and cancel as i agreed to this rolling payment. I assured them I did not and there was absolutely nothing on this pop up for the free trial after the survey to say this. I am losing on average $400 a month here and am desperate. No one appears to want to help me. The only thing I can think of is that I close my bank account.

Update: 07/02/2013

The freephone number given is dead and their customer number says it has been cancelled when you ring .They do not reply to emails so there is NO WAY at all you can contact them to stop them taking money from your account.
