It does not work, and when the guarantee is up, they tell you about some kind of procedures you need to follow for the guarantee to be given. Since they do not tell you about the procedures to follow in advance, you do not follow them and are not eligible for the refund. They claim that the procedures are in the Internet, but since they do not tell you upon signature, you do not know they are there until the end. It does not work and you do not get the money back.
