Was contacted by someone who clearly stated they were from autotrader.com, which I now know they have nothing to do with. I was trying to sell my new truck on www.autotrader.com and was contracted by someone that claimed to be from autotrader and that they could get me thousands above my asking price for my truck. I questioned this person quite a bit and I know now they just lied to every question I asked them to get my money. They claimed they would advertise my truck on all these paid websites and in newspapers. Instead I received no email or anything from these people, which was promised I would.

After attempting to call their customer service number which has a recording informing me that it is unavailable, I began doing some online research and found quite a few other people that fell pray to these scammers.I immediately called my credit card company to dispute these charged based on them telling me they are a different company than they actually are.

A few weeks later I received a package in the mail from my credit card company that included documents from rvtradernet.com showing the package of info they were supposed to email me but never did. It also stated I never tried contacting their customer service for a refund, which I tried by phone and by the provided email address on their website. I did not receive any response to my email, which was not at all surprising.

As of June 20, 2013 I was charged back the disputed amount and was told by my bank they lost the dispute with this company. I don't know where to turn now. They scammed over $300 from me for doing absolutely nothing.

I hope many people read this and tell these losers off and report them.
