I purchased the new wave and thought I had taken advantage of the buy one get one free deal, but when my bill arrived I saw that I was charged $89.95 for shipping. I called and spoke to 2 women there and told them I wanted to cancel my order. After much insisting and a $15 credit I decided I would give it a try.. Bug mistake!! upon arrival, I used the Nu Wave to cook a couple of meals.. Simply disappointing... It takes much longer than using conventional cooking methods and the food does not taste the same... I later used the Party Mixer to make a fruit shake, but when I tried using it for a second time the mixer no longer worked.. At this point I HATE THIS PRODUCT LINE and WANT A REFUND AND A RETURN LABEL SO I CAN RETURN THIS CRAP!!!!!!!... The worst thing about this is that NU WAVE does not provide a return label on its website, so you have to keep calling and calling to try to speak to a live RUDE person!!! I HATE YOU!!!!! AND YOUR PRODUCTS!!!!!
