A charge was made on my credit card and a bogus email address [email protected]
I looked up the website and it is not a working website, but a domain purchased and parked, who knows where.
I called the number 877-938-7676 and got in contact with a clearing center, mediahub.bz who said the didn't make the charge, it was made by one of their clients.
The lady said they would refund the amount charged and remove us from their lists. She said that we would receive a letter "In a few days," saying that we had been removed.
The downside, we had to cancel our credit card and will be without it for a week.
If you get a charge from Jupiter - Trim Trainer, it is from this mediahub.bz outfit and you have been hacked. Contact your credit card company at once and file a complaint with your Attorney General's Office.
