I drove 3 hours to return a defective case for my phone. The phone cannot be plugged into the charger without grabbing the cord. It broke my cord. I have been a loyal and taken the time to drive hundreds of miles to do businesses with this store. NEVER AGAIN. I was treated so rudely and couldn't help but wonder, given it was gay pride weekend if Mr. Weisenburger wasn't a homophobe. He fought me over a defective case and didn't even bother to call his manager to try and make it right. I'm done with that store forever and will register his rude behavior with the national company. Of course they took care of a refund and gave me a credit on my bill. Matt needs some serious customer service training. I'm done unless that store makes it right with an apology and compensation for my time and his rude behavior.
The End of Uptown At&t as far as I'm concerned.
