Big scam... I thought it was a genuine USPS website and I placed an order for my address change. So I called USPS and they said they are not associated with this website. When I called the change-my-address.com customer service not only they were very rude and they put me on hold for 30 min to say they will only return $10 to me not the entire amount. Please put them out of the business. They said I will receive an confirmation email for 10$ refund, but I never received any email from them.
