Early December of 2012 I wired $1538.99 to "Roman", the sales rep for Buytvtoday.com. He promised me a Mitsubishi television. The television was never delivered. Supposedly he wasn't able to get one in stock because Mitsubishi stopped making my television. But he delayed and delayed before offering to make it up by sending me a Panasonic. It never arrived. He stopped taking my calls. He has only responded to my emails a few times. We have texted a few times on 425-269-0484. I have requested a refund. It hasn't arrived. I have demanded to talk to a supervisor. He gave me 425-931-1320 and the name of Yuri as the owner. Supposedly she is going to call me back. I called the number and it went to voicemail. I know I won't get a call back. I have filed a complaint with My local Police Department, the Washington State Attorney's Office, Yelp, Scambook and am in the process of suing World Wide Electronics in the King County District Court (small claims). As of today (7-2-2013) Roman has asked for 3 more days to send my refund. Supposedly he is out of town. But wait, that would be a Friday... after July 4th holiday.. yeah right.
