Man named Jonathan Frazier called posing as an attorney indicating my timeshare in Cancun, Mexico had been sold by Nationwide Marketing (which I paid to advertise) for $17,900. He explained the process that would take place and sent me documents including a contract with the names of the buyers, etc. Instructed me to wire the above amount (which he said would be returned) to close the deal, and that my check would be received by certified mail from Wells Fargo within three business days. No check arrived by 10-10-11. All company telephone numbers have been disconnected.
