My business relies on the phone service, with out it I have no business, One night the pge went out and so did my phones, At that point I knew I needed to go back to my regular phone service. The next day I called to complain, the comcast person said they could fix my call forward to be prompted to transfer to my cell phone if the power went off. I though what a great feature and he did everything for me.

Happy to be up and working again I forgot about the frustration, but I started getting people telling me that they tried to call me but no voice mail and the phone just rang and rang. I would transfer my call try to figure out what was going on and dismissed it thinking my clients might not be telling the truth and were making excuses for not contacting me.

Then I had more problems with comcast I called to complain and the rep told me she would call me back in a couple of days and try to resolve my issue, she never called, my internet started failing and my frustration was mounting.

I went up the comcast chain and the rep emiailed the rep that was suppose to call me back and she responded stating she had tried to call me, but the phone just rang and rang never went to voice mail. You would think she would have seen that none of my services were working but she just let it go saying oh well,

Today i found out after 5 to 10 calls starting with the one in may that the helpful rep put my call forward number in but did not add my area code so all of my calls were being rolled over to no place.

I am a bail agent and not having a phone devistated my income, I had no way of knowing or fixing what this helpful rep did. I was told they would give me a 30.00 credit , they said the phone and feature are all working it was just going no place. I lost thousands of dollars, countless hours on the phone and the end result was ....You are in a contract and you can buy out if you would like. Really they brook the contract by failing to provide me with service.
