DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....... THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
I booked a ticket to Malaysia online and paid with my credit card, I then received an email from them saying that the ticket was not confirmed and could go up in price and even have the airline and flight date changed until confirmation, I waited and waited but still no confirmation email. I had to book a connecting flight onto Australia nd was worried that it would change prices if I waited too long, so I decided to cancel the transaction as up to then no money had gone from account.... On the email I was told if I cancelled I could be charged upto £100. I would never have booked with them and given them my credit card details if I had know that it wouldn't have had instant confirmation. To make this short they ended up taking the £100 from another account, which I had given no authority for them to use....I called my bank and was told they had somehow ( I am still waiting for the fraud dept to get back to me) took the money from another account (totally undisclosed to them) and had set up a recurring debit, meaning they could take money from my account at any other time....so I have now had to cancel this account.......if they have set up a recurring account, surely this is to take money at a later date......this is fraud as they have had no authority to do this, maybe one day thousands of unsuspecting customers could suddenly lose money and fly.co.uk could disappear......who knows.....if you have given bank details to this company.....check ALL accounts to make sure no money has been taken.
THEY ARE A GERMAN COMPANY WITH DIFFERENT LAWS.....PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
