this guy named gary jones called me for a personal loan of $2000.i had to make a first payment of $122 which i did.he took the money off my card after telling me that i had to pay $220 IN US GOVERMENT TAXES BEFORE RECIEVING MY FUNDS AT THAT TIME I I TOLD HIM I DID NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY CANCEL MY APPLICATION I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE.WHEN I CHECKED THE CARD HE HAD TAKEN THE MONEY OFF THE CARD.I CALLED HIM AND HE SAID THAT THE MONEY WAS HOLDING FOR GOVERMENT TAXES.HOW DO I GET THAT MONEY BACK AND GET THIS SCAM ARTIST OFF THE MARKET HIS PHONE NUMBER IS 716-804-6592 EXT 1211 GARY JONES.PLEASE RESPOND AS TO WHAT I CAN DO
