After checking my online banking I found that loans options had take a fee out of my account. I have never even searched for a loan so how they got my detail I will never know. Ringing them up I was placed on hold for over 40 mins and even when they did answer they were adamant they were not going to refund me. I'm disgusted that this service is still allowed to trade
