I believe it is impossible to win an auction on this site as I have bid on many items and still am astounded that I continually lose. I have had the time change quickly and very unexpected, there has still been time and all of a sudden it says gone. Bid buddy is a joke as how could someone beat you if it is working as they say. Also it is false advertising to say you purchased an item for $2.30 or whatever because once you count up your bids you probably could have got the item cheaper elsewhere. A total scam.

I have taken time to read through your complaint.
I will not comment on the amounts you're claiming to have spent as I cannot verify this. The auctions are driven by user demand and we cannot predict how these auctions will end.
We do have an extensive base of "power bidders" that operate on all sites such as ours. These types of customers often bid very high, even if it means making a loss on the product they're trying to secure.
In regards to your false advertising claim, I would like to stress that the end price is how we advertise it. We make it abundantly clear that bid packages contribute towards the item cost and only the winner pays the ending price minus their bid package costs.
We strive to create a fair auction environment as shown in our Fair Auction Guarantee and we always encourage you to contact us if you feel you've experienced a problem with any auction, your items delivered from us or any website technical problem.
As shown in over 90% of the complaints listed on this website, simple user misunderstandings can create the false illusion that our website is a scam. Such as not realizing that each bid placed costs and that you do not receive your bids back if you don't win.
Occasionally, customers who make a purchase and do not win an auction will feel like we have done something wrong. We do not guarantee any customer will win with their purchased bid package. User participation influences the outcome of all of our auctions.
