I Googled the USPS so that I could change my address online - I've done this before and been charged $1.00. I was unknowingly routed to ChangeMyAddress.com. I just checked my credit card statement and I was billed $19.95 by this company. I looked again at the change of address page and nowhere on this form does it say they will charge $19.95 but it does make reference to the $1 charge from the USPS. How is this company allowed to stay in business?
I just tried to call the Customer Service number and was caller number 15 with an estimated wait time of 25 minutes. Does anybody have any idea how to get your money back from this scammer?
