I ordered a Panosonic camera on 03/20/13. After multiple calls on my order status, I received the same rude treatment as follows..."Your order will be shipped next week" and hang up. Whe making renewed contact by email, their response was to place another phone call.
After returning from travel in early June, they said that the camera I ordered was no longer available at the original price. They could, however, send me the same camera at a price that would be $85 higher. I had them ship the camera with the vow that I would NEVER DO BUSINESS with them again. BEWARE: 1)Their customer service does not exist, and; 2) They are rather unethical with their "bait an' switch" habits.
