The person of JDI Properties Garret Jones who dose fix and flips. He will make the propaty look good but he dose not pull any permits from the city and the work he has done is not to code and take shots cuts to get the job done at low cost. And dose what he can to not let the city know what he is doing. If the city know what he dose in the houses and the short cuts he dose they city would shut him down for it is bad. One house he did a complete remodle and didd not ground half the switches. Tied GFI to lights and other outlets in other rooms. The people who buy from him need to know his work is sub standard and not to code.
