I invested $4,000 back in March with Entry Point Investments who were behind Im A Bookie betting invstment. I HAVE REGISTERED THIS COMPLAINT BEFORE.
I have made complaints to the Fraud Squad,Victoria Police. ASIC. ACCC. and the Ombudsman for financial services.
THIS COMPANY PROMISED MY REFUND BUT NEVER PAID IT. It has taken me 4 months dealing with the various registered authorities and still i have had nothing.
My nest option is to go back to the fraud squad which i am now getting every document and lodge this.
As well the TV networks are next and i will not stop as this is clearly a fraud ,
In fact i was told Entry Point would take legal action against me if i did not RETRACT my earlier complaint here on scam book. THAT IS WHY YOU CAN SEE THE CHANGE I MADE .
In fact i have not obtained any assistance from the authorities who have stated they have looked into it (4 months later) but this rogue business and DAVID ALEXANDER (bogus name probably) still is free to run this scam.
Australian authorities are a disgrace as its clear i have been duped of $4,000 like the other complaints here yet teh Fraud Squad stated my complaint could take months and years to get anywhere and the comment was why not take legal action? OH really what with...peanuts

- Michael, I have just been contacted by this David Alexander promising to help me recoup some money from another scam that I fell for called Active Trader. David told me that this complaint of yours has been retracted and that it wasnt them? Is this bloke full of (Inappropriate Content Removed)?

Hey guys, I had the same phone call from a guy named Jason Reynolds from Entry-Point trading Pty Ltd, Claiming he would be able to help me recoup losses from the same Active Trader program.
Since then I got 3 emails saying I would get constant support and updates of how things were progressing.
They all of a sudden stopped mid September, I have called the number they have 1800428771 multiple times and emails to [email protected] attn: different people at the supposed company but to no avail or reply.
If they claim its not a scam I would love to hear from some body there, a reply or call would be good and they have my details.
Until then im claiming SCAAAAMMMM. -
