Thankfully, I realized it was a scam before I sent the money. Barney Davis (employee ID 1247) from Payday Express USA has called me several times trying to get me to take a loan in the amount of $4,500. He stated that I needed to adhere to two conditions...the payment had to be made on the 15th of each month and I had to show that I could pay the $245 each month. He further explained that to show that I could pay the monthly payment, I had to go to Walgreen's to purchase a reloadable green dot money card, scratch off the numbers and give him the numbers to show that the funds were there. Once he told me this I realized it was a scam.
Shame that I can't get paid for the number of scams that I have ran across in my almost 50 years here on earth...I would be a rich woman by now.

They called me also, I was exited cause I finally got approved for $5000. I agreed to the 2 conditions and said I didn't have $200 right now. He ask if I could get 100, I said I had 50. He also said that he just needed the proof that I had that money and that he would only access the card to check the amount. I was just about out the door to walmart, then the DirectTV tech showed up to install my satelite. Why he did that I decided to look up the company which he called pay express usa. I didn't find anything online until I just entered the phone number he called from, which is 818-813-6931. He called himself John. I found a few websites with the same complaints as yours. Thanks DirectTV!!
