I sent for a free sample in March 2013 and was charged £4.09 packing fees. Since then, checking my account an amount of £61.01 on the 2nd of April and £89.90 on the 19th of June has been taken. I have not received any more product, do not want any more product and have not authorised these payments. Please help!!
