Be very wary of this company. After being promised a lower electrical rate by Clearview Energy last year I chose them for my supplier. You're talked into a 1 year fixed rate "contract" with the assurance that the rate will be lower than your Utility Co..After agreeing to switch you are then told you're locked in and have a huge cancellation fee. They wound up being 2 cents per KWH higher than the Utility Co.and you can't cancel for 1 year, well that year is almost up and had a heck of a time getting through to Clearview and was told to call back in 4 days or I'd be charged the cancellation fee.Had to ask for a Supervisor in order to cancel on the date the contract expires. I don't trust them to cancel on the specified date and have called my Utility Co. concerning this matter. Be very careful dealing with this company. The sales tactics border on fraud and calling them is not easy always a long wait.

Be sure to get the employe ID # from the person you speak with as they'll tell you the last person spoken with doesn't exist. NOT to be trusted.
