I emailed an ad on kijiji and the woman, betty farell [email protected] said the truck was still for sale to just register with www.onlineoutlooksales.com she was selling a truck for $4000. Little did she know she just scammed my boyfriend for $3500 for the same truck she was going to sell me. Www.dropsalesdepot.com got shut down www.onlineoutlooksales.com is a carbon copy of the drop sales depot site.

- Cindy - Thanks for reporting! I found a $4500 boat on Craigslist and the listing had no phone # so I responded via email to the seller. It was several days before [email protected] replied, saying he was out of town on his daughters wedding but that Online Outlook Sales was handling the transaction -- hadn't I heard of them -- yada yada. I go to their website and see I'm supposed to send payment to them "exactly as instructed" if the seller and I both agree to the terms. This boat is registered in Virginia to begin with and the Craigslist ad was for Phoenix. The Online Outlook site looks legitimate, but the 'warehouse locations' are secret, which I found odd. Also, why would a boat in Phoenix need to be "shipped" to me in Phoenix? And how could the advertised 10% OOS fees cover listing and shipping anyway? This was a 1994 Suntracker for $4500 which looked a little to good to be true. These guys who seek to defraud folks are pretty slick, I have to say. Anyway, your posting is all I needed to be sure my 'fraud radar' was working, and even Craigslist says, "if you can't go see it, you shouldn't be trying to buy it". :) Thanks!

- Good i am so glad i am really trying to get the word out so rhat no one else gets scammed. Glad that you didnt lose any and report the website so that it can get shut down.
