I, like many others, thought I had been routed to the USPS site to change my address as that's what I googled and my ipad brought up. It wasn't until after I completed the form that I realized I had been duped. I immediately called to cancel but they were closed. When I received the confirmation a few minutes later, I replied back and told them I had reached their site in error and to please cancel my request. I also followed up with a phone call the next morning but the incredibly nasty girl on the phone refused. I have called back trying to reach a supervisor but they have now hung up on me 4 times.
They are unscrupulous and without a doubt a scam. Someone needs to shut these people down.
DO NOT USE THEM - they will only steal your money.
