Respected Sir/Madam,
I, R V S Ramacharan, living in HYDERABAD and I received a call from ‘Roozgaar’ phone number 01206191600 on 13/7/2013 around 12.00 pm and a guy told me that we are calling from Roozgaar saying that my resume is short listed and we help in getting job for that you have to register with us, and transferred the call to another person, he repeated the same and told to register with us in getting job assistance, then I asked him to give some time to clarify myself whether to proceed or not, he made me to hurry up leaving no time to think and has given no time to you because your resume is short listed with us so that we are calling you if you are taking time for making payment there is no more offer available to you and forced me to make payment. He did not tell me proper details regarding how much total amount payable for the services before committed to payment. First he told me to click on buy now for Resume explode service for that they charged Rs.1685.40/- rupees for above service I paid said amount, after that he forced me again to pay Rs.5870/- rupees I paid the amount.
Then I after making payment I received a order number. He asked me that made confirmation that money was received at their end. Then he transferred my call to some other person and he said that he is a senior personnel of their company and again repeated the whole thing like your resume is shortlisted by a big company and all after that he forced me to pay Rs.2471.92/- rupees for Document Verification. Then I asked why I was not told about this earlier that It takes more money then he started giving explanation and after a point of time, he started shouting at me too. I claimed as they made false commitments and since he should refund my money back as soon as possible and further do not wish any services from their end but he refused saying that they give refund in only one case if I get unsatisfactory services. During this time I lost all my temper and felt as if I was fooled all the time and now I am left with no option.
when I tried calling on the number, the call is being diverted and got a reply as the number is not valid.
I am left with nothing in my hand and feel helpless. I have no regrets about the money which I lost in the fraud but I don’t wish any other candidate who is in the hope of job or who needs a break in their career to go through such kind of mental harassment in future. This company is a big fraud and I know I am not the first person who is lodging a complaint but I am astonished that even after so many bad reviews about this company on internet why it is still working. Being a youth of INDIA, I am doing all what I will do to take strong action against this company. I will be grateful if you put your hand too in this act.
