I was phoned by Robert Gomez at about 1 pm who said he was from microsoft (windows) and that my computer had been hacked into and there were potentially dangerous viruses in it. He said they Microsoft would fix everything for me. As I do not understand computers I agreed and gave them my card details, agreeing the sum of 210 dollars to do the work. They couldnt access my bank and agreed for me to visit my bank and transfer the money. I decided to check up on the company and found they are a fraud. It time this lot were stopped. I am 76!!
