I sent for a free trial offer of RVTL and Equinox Day and Night Cream. THEN, 14 days later, I was billed for $93 and $99. When I called the company (877-524-0260). I was told that it was on their webpage that I needed to return the items within 14 days or I would be billed. I did not see this 14-day thing. My credit card company called me to verify the charges put on my account. When I called, Sal said there was nothing I could do. I asked to speak to his supervisor, he told me to call back after 30 minutes. I called back after a minute and talked to his supervisor, John Wright, who also told me there was nothing I could do and there would be no refunds. He did cancel my account so that I would not get future mailings of the product. I was not aware that I would be getting future products either. The whole thing is a SCAM!
